Wedding ceremony and reception projector screens

We only use professional auditorium projectors and always project our images using Rear Screen projection to give maximum quality. A rear screen is also aesthetically attractive because you can take the projector and all of its ancillary equipment and hide them away behind it. A plasma screen is not ideal for large audiences as the image size is relatively small compared to our projector screens.

For a wedding ceremony

Our projector entertainment service links into your video cameraman and shows the ceremony onto the big screen, enabling your guests to see you and engage in the auspicious occasion, rather than struggle to catch a glimpse.

More than just a live link...

Once the ceremony is over we keep the audience further ‘entertained’ by showing instant digital pictures by our own photographer, onto the projector screen. We capture moments such as the arrival of the groom and jaan, the pokhvanus, mandap ceremonies, and candid audience photos. There is no limit on the amount of photos we take.

You can further captivate your guests with a slideshow, for example, of your engagement or registry wedding – which not everyone shares with you – or reminiscing the ‘good old days’ with a trip down memory lane. Just supply us the images on CD well in advance of the event and we will edit and recreate them into slideshows.

For an evening reception

If the service is required during a reception evening, we will take our own digital photos during the wedding ceremony of the key rituals and the fun candid pictures of your guests while you were getting married under the Mandap. We will then create our slideshows before the evening reception so your guests are entertained as they arrive and we will further candid photos in the evening and show these on the screen as well. The screen display finally ends once the first dance commences as the entertainment value has been maximized by this point and all eyes should now be focused on the dance floor!
